News: Dual blockchain network
We are pleased to announce that Lexato is the first digital certification platform to simultaneously integrate the Polygon and Arbitrum networks for evidence registration.
What does this mean?
Until now, certifications were registered on a single blockchain network. With dual integration, each certified piece of evidence is registered on two independent networks, ensuring:
- Redundancy: If one network faces issues, the other maintains the record intact
- Verifiability: Two independent sources of verification
- Durability: Greater assurance that your records will remain accessible
Why Polygon and Arbitrum?
We chose these two networks for strategic reasons:
- Polygon: One of the most established Layer 2 networks, with millions of daily transactions and a strong ecosystem
- Arbitrum: Cutting-edge scalability technology with extremely low transaction costs
Impact for users
For Lexato users, the change is transparent. No action is needed — all new certifications are already automatically registered on both networks.
Next steps
This is just the first stage of our multi-chain expansion plan. Soon, we will announce integrations with other networks to ensure even more redundancy and reliability.
